MAIN FEATURES OF THE KDS PRACTICE

Body Condition
The ability to keep the body relaxed in its state of readiness at all times, with no unnecessary tension wasted energy expenditure due to muscular contractions of a static or fixed nature. With this we get the body condition where our gravity point comes down and muscle usage comes optimal without any unnecessary tension in the body.

Distance
The ability to control an attacker through maintenance of a safe distance.

Timing
Once optimum body condition has been achieved it comes easier to react to opponents movement, such as finding the timing when opponent attacks, on this time you have multiple choices, depending on the situation you can either escape, avoid, defend or counter attack.

Energy transfer
A relaxed body condition, correct timing and specific muscle usage gives you undisrupted energy transfer and helps you focus your offensive or defensive techniques.

Grading is usually made during training courses by the technical group. We use white, green, brown and black belts.
